Getting started
What OneManda does
OneManda is Schools Division Office of Mandaluyong City's education intelligence hub. Schools encode assessment results; the division sees real-time dashboards for literacy, numeracy, reading, senior high, NAT, and ELLNA.
Encode
School staff upload CRLA, RMA, Phil-IRI, or SHS data.
Roll up
Results consolidate to school and division dashboards.
Decide
Filter, compare, and identify schools needing TA.
Public pages (no login): Learning Outcomes, CID Calendar, and this guide.

NAT, ELLNA & LiNK
School encoders can be assigned LiNK (literacy + numeracy), LiNK Literacy, LiNK Numeracy, NAT 6/10/12, or ELLNA — same as CRLA, RMA, and Phil-IRI. Use split LiNK when literacy and numeracy are different people. Division admin and Super admin can always upload these programs.

Assessment programs
Click a program card for details. LiNK is computed from CRLA, RMA, and Phil-IRI — not a separate upload.

Step 1 of 5
Sign in
Open this site and sign in with the account provided by your Schools Division Office.
CRLA rules
- No duplicate file for the same section, year, and period.
- Grade and school on the scoresheet must match your upload page.
- Mother tongue / Tagalog → Filipino upload path.
Analytics
Dashboards & filters
Open Learning Outcome and match the same school year and period you used when encoding.
Single Year
Current period only
Latest 2 Years
Compare current vs previous results
Latest 3 Years
Multi-year trend (CRLA, RMA, etc.)
NAT and ELLNA are annual — no BOSY/EOSY comparison. Year view compares previous NAT or ELLNA results (not necessarily consecutive years).
Oversight
Schools Monitoring
Track which schools have submitted, are partial, or not started per program. Division staff can log CID site visits and review the TA queue.
